I had to reformat my hard drive and brought in quite a few pretty similar photos from my back-ups. I have been trying to use the "Find by Color Similarity" command without success. I get zero matches every time. Clearly I am doing something wrong as there
are a lot of near-identical photos in the data base.

I am simply selecting a photo, then going to the "Find" command and choosing "By Visual Similarity with Selected Photos." Anyone have and ideas what I may be doing wrong? Thanks. Karen

Try doing File/Catalog/Recover and check the option box to rebuild image data [or whatever it says].

Thanks, Colin. This worked perfectly. Karen
