| Have used PSA for 12 mionths; varying degrees of frustration. Suddenly the Catalog 'disappeared'; no recent backup either. Used older catalog from 6 months ago. Re-imported all my more recent photos. Problem : PSA freezes continually. I have even done the
(File Catalog) Recover routine; but it makes no difference.
What can I try?
Is PSA v3 the answer; am I elligible to upgrade. Thanks!

Please can you be specific as to the file name
Sorry I typed it wrong. It should be tn.4.cache - there will be one for each catalog.
The V3 thing. There is PSE 3, which incorporates Organizer that is essentially an enhanced PSA 2. It is quite cheap to buy, but there is no explicit upgrade product.

| Find the t.4.cache file - it may be in a hidden folder - and delete it. PSA will rebuild the thumbnails. I think this is probably the problem.
Is PSA v3 the answer
No such product has been announced.
