Opening a burned VideoCD in Photoshop Album

I burned a videoCD and it works fine. However, I no longer have those photos on my computer and would like to use them again. I would like to open the photos from the VideoCD and can't because the file type for each picture is not .pdf but is a .dat file.
How can I open the video cd in Album so I can use the pictures? Or how can I convert these pictures back to a .pdf file type?

Sorry. I do not believe there is any way to extract images again from a VCD.
