Pls excuse the newbie question.When I open the program all the photos
from Canon EOS 10D have a purple tint. None of the other photo programs I own have this problem. I am sure it is something stupid I have not done
correctly. Pls help I am tired of the Microsoft programs I am using now.
I have reinstalled the program & it still does the same thing. I use XP
as my OS.

This is actually the Photoshop Album forum ...

Th eproblem is that Adobe products are colour managed and your other stuff isn't. You need to calibrate your monitor. You will find Adobe Gamma installed in the Windows control panel. Give that a try.
