I have 3D map rendered in Cinema 4D, I also exported out the camera and lights. I have added font labels to two of the light coordinates in AE (looks great), now I need to create a line in 3D space from point A to point B in AE using the coordinates from
two lights. Any suggestions? I am stumped.

You don't say what the line is supposed to do or to represent. Copying and pasting the coordinates of the two lights into Beam, Lightning or Stroke effects can create a line. Sort of. You first need a layer that passes through those two coordinates. The A
E-created beam, of course, will have no depth.

Hmm, reading back over this post I see it probably contains no useful advice. Hope you get better sooner than later. I have no love of 3d.

could you use the 3D light's layer space as the coordinates for the beam plugin?
