Hi there!

I wish to create a small shine effect. A small point shinning in the image. (Like the shine of a star in wonderlands; like the little shine blink on the teeth of the vampire)

Hope I've made myself clear.

if a glint is all you need, though, you can easily create it with a star that you draw/create, then animate it's rotation, opacity, and perhaps scale/position. duplicate, add blurs/modes, salt/pepper to taste.
