Author Alpha channel video issue with Flash and After Effects

For some reason, a perfect mask in After Effects produces a thin gray border around the mask in flash when converting to FLV. Has anyone had this problem? Tried everything. We are using KeyLight and it works great when using in AE.

mask or matte? Since you're keying footage, I'm guessing matte.. Maybe try setting the alpha to straight rather than premultiplied.

I meant alpha channel. We are keying out the footage in after effects. See the link below for an image that best describes what is happening.

This is a straight vs pre-multiplied problem.
