My After Effects "help" menu doesnt work?

| I have 7.0.0.224 Proffesional
I think I may have run the installation funny but I reinstalled and The Help menu (F1) does not work.
The error message reads that I must install after effects...?
I am rather new to these programs and I find these Help menus very, well, Helpful!
Any sudgestions would be greatly appreciated.

| I thought the solution was to find a new version of help somewhere on Adobe and install that... I could be wrong though...
