Render Queue Output Module Preset

| Greetings,
This is something I remember doing with After Effects a long time ago but I cannot find out how to do this in Version 7.
When adding a number of files to the render queue you then select the output module. How do you add another choice besides the default lossless option?
I am rendering 20 to 30 small files at a time and it is getting tiring going into each one and changing the output module to another codec and enabling audio etc etc. Is there someway to save my favorites as a preset that can be chosen from the drop down?
Also another point, when I select all the items in the render queue, I cannot globally change the ouput settings for all of them. I still have to change them one at a time. Is there another way to select them all and change the settings on all of the ones
selected?
Thanks!
P.S. I gotta say totally off topic but Nucleo Pro rocks, it is absolutely amazing to render and work in AE!

In the Render Queue, click on Output Module on the first item you wish to change, then shift-click on Output Module on the last item. You should now have multiple Output Modules selected, which will all change together when you change one.
