How do I insert a bookmark?

I hope this isn't too off topic; I'm not sure what after.effects is. I have adobe acrobat reader 6.0 with which I'm
reading a book.

I can't figure out how to insert a bookmark where I finish for the session so that I can quickly find my place when I
return. Surely there is such a fuction, but I've looked and looked and can't find anything that helps.

Any help appreciated.
