Author 'real' light in 3d layer

Hi all,

anybody know whether there is a plug-in available that simulates light rays
in 3d;

e.g. on a 3d layer, you've got a a photoship file layer, all black with
clear holes. You want this to look like a building with light pouring out
of the holes; the light rays have to be true 3d in that as the camera moves
past, the light rays perspectives need to change.

Thanks for any help,
Roland

Thanks for your response!

Trapcode products don't appear to be 3D-layer aware (at least not my
versions).

Cheers,
Roland

If you go to trapcode's site they have tutorials and there is one about
using shine on a 3D layer. Check it out it might help. it is on the
downloads page and called the batlight tutorial.
