Author What does this error message mean?

I get this message every time I try to open PhotoDraw. Have used it before
and not all of a sudden it won't open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and
nothing changes.

The instruction at "0x77fcc024" referenced memory "0x20534d40". The memory
can not be "written".

Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debug the program (have done this too, and nothing happens)

Hope someone can help, thanks
