I installed the converter pack from a previously mentioned fix from
realit_1's post, but it did not resolve the issue. Any other suggestions ?

It seems that some dll (dynamic link libraries) have become corrupted. I
would recommending re-running setup and do a repair. If that does not work,
you will have uninstall and re-install.

Hello Andre,

This is from a fresh install and after running the office converter pack
which was mentioned on a previous tip on how to correct this issue. This
product has never ran from the initial installation. Any other suggestions?

Boris
