I used the "Wizard" in Office - Photo Draw 2000 to save a
transparent gif a few days ago and use the feature for
the "solid background". Now for some reason when I use
the "Wizard" this process step in the "Wizard" is not
appearing and I need to use it again to chose a web
background color.

Just save it as a .gif with a transparent background and you don't need to
bother with the wizard.
