Author PD wont' run after SP 2 installation

Installed Service Pack 2 this afternoon and then tried to
open Photo Draw 2000. Opening dialog box came up but then
the famous encountered serious error and must shut down.
Tried reinstalling the software, from official MS PD CD,
turned computer on and off 2 times, still won't run.
Lost!
