Hi Folks,
i have recently reinstalled a laptop with windows xp.
The end user uses windows picture and fax viewer to view
faxes on. However when a multiple page document is
received and he clicks on the right or left button to view
next page it just displays the same page all the time.
If he right clicks and select 'next' or 'previous' then he
can view the next or previous page of the fax.
Any ideas why this is or how to fix it please?
