PhotoDraw Generates error when opening

| I've installed PhotoDraw on my Windows 2000 professional
PC. When opening the application I get PHOTODRW.exe has
generated erros and will be closed by windows. You will
need to restart the program.
I've tried the fix for odd fonts refereneced on the
knowledge base but this did not fix the problem. I'm
running Office 2000 as well on this machine.
Any ideas what else could be causing this problem or how
to fix it?

| Are you running PhotoDraw 1? The one that came with Office 2000? If so,
it probably won't work, even in compatibility mode, on Windows 2000.
The bad news is that there is no good solution. You might be able to
find a copy of PhotoDraw 2, the standalone version that came on three
CDs, on eBay, but expect to pay well over $100.
The good news, if you can find a copy of PD2, is that PD2 is a fine
program. I still use it today on Windows 2000.
Office 2000 has no bearing on the problem.
