I have also had problems with PhotoDraw with the newer
version of Windows. I went it 'properties' by right
clicking on the Photo Draw icon. I chose 'compatibility'
and checked compatible with windows 98/ME and my PhotoDraw
would open. My trouble is now I can not view any of my
toolbars. I am still working on this one.
