Author Failed to update system registry error while starting photodraw

Hi

When I try to run photodraw I get the following error:

Failed to update System Registry. Try REGEDIT.

I opened regedt32 and gave the everyone group full control on the photodraw
folder but this didn't help. Any suggestions?
