I am still without a fix for photodraw not opening on my
winXP computer. (in fact all three of my computers). I
have no idea where to go for the fix or even if there is
a fix. Love some help!

Which version of PhotoDraw are you using? There are three.

1. The one that came with Office 2000 Premium (Version 1). I think it was
also available standalone.

2. The much improved Version 2 that came with the Office 2000 Premium SR-1
CDs. (O2K Premium CDs 3 & 4.)

3. The standalone Version two that MSFT offered as a free (after 100%
rebate) for Version 1. It consists of three CDs.

Of the three, the one that causes the most problems is the original Version
1. It was buggy and had only half the features of Version 2.

Tell us which version you have, and what problems you have had--DETAILS
please--And we will try to help you.

I am using version 1 from the bundle with office 2000.
This program has been working on my system for along time
and now it does not work on any of my three computers.

Don't buy a *new* computer. PhotoDraw won't work on it either. Buy an *old*
computer or get an Etch-a-Sketch, see below.

Here is the Etch-a-Sketch FAQ.

------------------------------------

Q. My Etch-A-Sketch has all of these funny little lines all over the screen.
A. Pick it up and shake it.

Q. How do I turn my Etch-A-Sketch off?
A. Pick it up and shake it.

Q. What's the shortcut for Undo?
A. Pick it up and shake it.

Q. How do I create a New Document window?
A. Pick it up and shake it.

Q. How do I set the background and foreground to the same color?
A. Pick it up and shake it.

Q. What is the proper procedure for rebooting my Etch-A-Sketch?
A. Pick it up and shake it.

Q. How do I delete a document on my Etch-A-Sketch?
A. Pick it up and shake it.

Q. How do I save my Etch-A-Sketch document?
A. Don't shake it.
