| I was able to add a new shape to the gallery with the following steps:
1) Create a new picture (I used the Default size)
2) Draw your shape with any tool.
3) Set the line and fill to black.
4) Save the .mix file in <where you installed to>\Photodraw\Visuals\Shapes
5) Close PD and restart.
Your new cropping shape should now be available.
