| Having problem with Photodraw 2000 (from the Office 2000
Premium program) locking up opening any type of image. If
I load the program, then select 'open', it will go to a
folder containing images and show thumbnails. If I select
one to open, the thumbnail will go to the left 'active'
bar, and the picture image will begin to open; about 1/8"
at top of window, and then freeze. Have to ctrl/alt/del
and shut the program down. Have totally removed
(including regedit) and reinstall but not helping. The
problem began as an intermitant issue, but is now
continuous.
If I click on an image that uses Photodraw as default
viewer, so that it forces loading Photodraw I will
sometimes get a dialog box that says something
about 'runtime error'.
Have ran PCdoctor to check .dll's but doesn't seem to be
issue relating to Photodraw reported.
XP home edition, 2.53/1024. (Program has been on the
computez for over a year, with problem in the recent 2
months.
Any suggestions?
