PhotoDraw - no Draw & Paint menu toolbar in my Photodraw Window

no Draw & Paint menu toolbar in my Photodraw Window

Greetings. When I open Photodraw 2000, there is no Draw
& Paint menu toolbar in my Photodraw Window; ergo I can't
insert shapes into my picture. I tried reinstalling the
program to no avail. This happened when I started using
my new computer with Windows XP. Thank you.

You should be able to bring up any of the three toolbars by right
clicking the menu bar and selecting your choice. Paint and Draw tools
exist on the 'Standard' toolbar. You can also select any of the Paint and
Draw tools off the main menu under 'Tools'.
