| I'm having the same problem. When I installed Photodraw, I
received an error with "DDE Server Window" in the title
bar saying, "An instruction at [address] referenced memory
at [address]. The memory could not be read." I think this
is probably the source of the problem, but don't have a
clue as to how to fix it. Also, since Photodraw won't run,
I can't get the product ID from the Help menu, so I can't
email Microsoft.
