They are not showing up in the font list.

They won't. PD doesn't speak PostScript.

If I remember right Windows OS's use only true type fonts. At least that is
what I have checked in the Control Panel/ Fonts/ folder options/ tools/ True
Type Fonts.

Windows 2000 and Windows XP have native support for Type One fonts.

PD does not.
