Persist default settings?
|
|
| Charley Kyd 2004-01-12, 9:28 pm |
| When I first installed PD, as I remember, the default Rectangle object had a
1-point black edge. But during a project I set the default to 3-point blue.
Now, years later, I've been unable to set the default back to 1-point black.
Here's what I've tried: In the Workpage, I choose Settings(plain) under
Edge. I set the color and point size I want. Then I click on Edge Defaults.
But when I close PD and reopen it, PD returns to its same old default
settings.
Can anyone suggest another approach?
Thanks.

| PD will always return to its 3-point ugly blue edges. It does not allow
setting the default to anything else. Sorry. Perhaps you remembered
incorrectly.

I know you can set the defaults for the line settings for your current
running instance of PhotoDraw, but the default will return to blue once you
close out and reopen.

Well, it wouldn't be the first time.
Thanks, guys.
