Hi Al and Tomar,

Hopefully, that will work, but it isn't the case
in all scenarios, unfortunately. MS Photodraw 2000
retail came with 2 support incident requests included.
Opening a support request for additional testing to
find the cause of the problem with Photodraw 2000 v1
may be a useful way to go. http://support.microsoft.com
